Self-locking anti-suffocation racks
Prefabricated reinforced concrete bases for the rack front are easy to install and cost-effective, given the lack of foundations. They are available in two versions: a self-supporting one for covered structures and a version for racks only.
Thanks to the qualities of vibrated reinforced concrete, the surface is smooth and does not require the application of any coatings such as resins, tiles, etc. To provide an even more suitable surface for feeding cows, we can offer a version covered with special stainless steel sheets, “embedded” in the concrete during the casting of the base.
This solution offers many advantages, including easier cleaning, elimination of food deposits, greater palatability and hygiene.
Our production of racks offers a variety of solutions for calves, dairy cows, beef cattle and buffalo.
The patented AS/N model, the result of over 50 years of experience, is equipped with a safety device that, in the event of a fall, allows the animal to free itself without the risk of strangulation.
The “Single Block” system allows the operator to trap and release cows individually.
Prefabricated straw kennels
The first ever patented prefabricated stall for dairy cows. It’s the result of in-depth research into animal behavior and is designed to ensure the best housing system in free-range barns.
Perfect for resting and maintaining cow hygiene, the straw stall is equipped with a step that prevents stress for the animal when it stands up and steps back to leave the stall.
This is also a great advantage for the operator, who avoids straw waste, reducing its consumption and containing maintenance costs.
The support slabs are raised and equipped with drainage holes, which allow for healthy ventilation of the accommodation.
Europa mattress bunk
Designed to optimize cubicle cleaning operations, it guarantees optimal comfort for the cows.
An integral part of the Europa Cuccetta is the Mouflex mattress, which, thanks to its breathable fabric, ensures optimal sweating for the dairy cows, especially in the summer. The synthetic, non-toxic fabric is highly resistant to wear and tear, ammonia, and is non-abrasive on the hocks.
The available side skirts adapt to the most diverse needs of cows: from the Standard ones, to the Mariposa ones, to the shaped ones: they can satisfy every need.
The Mouflex mattress has passed numerous performance tests, including those conducted by the University of Hohenheim (Germany), the Swiss Veterinary Institute and the Israeli Breeders’ Association.

Precast Concrete Elements

The prefabricated structure designed for the feeding trough is available in a version covered in hygienic stainless steel, ideal for preventing corrosion of the concrete caused by the acids in the corn silage.
